Disney Astronaut GOOFY Space Capsule Pop Pal by Kohner

This auction is for a 1970's pop up Disney GOOFY The Astronaut Space Capsule Push Button Pop Pal. The toy is by Kohner Bros. The unit is made in Hong Kong and says "Made in Hong Hong for Kohner Bros. Inc. East Paterson N.J. Walt Disney Productions" on the bottom. Also is 1.00 is stamped in purple ink, which I assume was the price at the time. Embossed on the lid is "Walt Disney Character Push button POP PAL GOOFY" and a Kohner logo. It is approxamately 4.5" tall. Goofy has minor paint wear on the helmet and appears to be in good shape.
The jack-in-the-box toy pop's up and squeaks fine. The only issue is with the outside of the capsule. It appears to have reacted with another toy in storage. There are 2 melted holes in the back and the capsule lid appears to have some melted spots.
