    Description

    You are looking at a Hello Kitty hair bow. There are two layers of grosgrain ribbon. The top ribbon layer has a white background and has Hello Kitty as the Statue of Liberty in stars and stripes outfits with stars in red and blue. The under layer is in a solid royal blue ribbon. The French barrette is trimmed in a matching royal blue. There is a decorative Hello Kitty flat back on the front. The bow is approximately 4" wide and 2 3/4" from top to bottom at the tallest part. This is a handmade item.
