Rare Vintage Jarman Bag boy special Golf Bag Caddy Cart with seat

This has been stored for sometime so there is dust and could use a better cleaning. It was from a local estate sale, thought it was a cool collectors piece for an avid golfer or golf collector. Its not perfect but it is usable. The straps probably should be replaced, from storing and age they will probably not last long.There is a seat but it was not attached to the unit so I am not sure if it goes with this one or not. I am not seeing how it attaches but will be sending it with it just in case it goes with it since I got it with it.  Seat has same name as gold bag holder. Otherwise it seems to be in working condition. handle fold up and down and has adjustable handle to hold it in place. Please see pictures to see if anything is missing as I am selling AS-IS.
